Sara is an Associate and Project Manager who has been with McCartan since 2005. With an uncanny eye for construction detail, strong organizational skills and extensive knowledge of products she has brought her quick wit to a wealth of distinctive features that are characteristic of a McCartan designed environment.  Also as an expert user of multiple design software programs including Autocad and Photoshop she is able to move quickly and efficiently and embeds herself into any part of the design process at any stage of a project.  

Sara graduated with honors from the Academy of Art in San Francisco with a Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture. She has served as Lead Designer and Project Manager on a new Fairmont Towers project in Chicago and the same role on the renovation of a boutique hotel in Marina Del Rey, California. She is currently Project Manager for Lathrop Parc, a new concept boutique healthcare facility in Silicon Valley, California.

Prior to joining McCartan, Sara designed several wineries, residences and high-end restaurants on the West Coast and Latin America  She is an active member of the National Executive Women in Hospitality and is also fluent in Spanish. Her enthusiasm for design and energetic style of client support fit perfectly with McCartan's fresh and innovative approach to design.
